Please allow 2 to 4 days for order processing and preparation for shipping. We always do our best to ship out your orders as soon as possible, but minor delays can happen and it will be communicated with you.
Please make sure you fill in your delivery address correctly. We are not responsible for any errors made on your part and you will be charged the return fee in case the delivery company ships your order back to us due to delivery address being incorrect or if you fail to claim your parcel.
We currently ship to Denmark, Germany and majority of countries in the world, excluding EU due to the packaging and recycling law.
We ship only with parcel tracking, which you will receive via email.

Denmark Parcel Shop: 39 kr
Denmark Home Delivery: 59 kr
Germany 10 Euros
Estimated shipping times are approximately 3 - 5 working days for Denmark and Germany. For other countries it may take several weeks due to shipping delays and import. Buyer is responsible for import tax. Please keep in mind that once your order is handed to a delivery company, we are not responsible for shipping times and delays.
If your order arrives damaged, please inform us immediately via email [email protected] and we will do our best to resolve any issues. We kindly ask you to take photographs of damaged packaging and contents for evidence as soon as you can.
We care about the environment and use only recycled, recyclable or second hand packaging materials. Please reuse it or dispose accordingly.
RETURNS
You have the right to request a refund within 14 days from receiving your order. We require that you return items unused and in it's original packaging in order to protect them from damage in transit. Items that have been damaged by your own fault will not qualify for a refund. You must ship items for a return within one week from requesting a refund and cover return shipping costs.
We will issue a full refund to the same card that was used for purhase when we receive items or a proof of shipping (eg. shipping tracking number) - whichever comes first.
